Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is published in line with Rule 5(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. It applies to engagements between you ("Customer") and Anagha Solutions for the Vittro™ Business Suite ("Service").

1. Nature of engagement

Vittro is offered as a direct-sales product with hands-on implementation, training and ongoing support. Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or invoice describing scope, fees and duration.

2. Cancellation

  • Before implementation begins: You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund of unused fees, less any setup or one-time charges already incurred.
  • After implementation begins: Fees for work already performed (configuration, data migration, training sessions, support hours) are non-refundable. Unutilised future-period subscription fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
  • Annual / multi-month plans: Cancellation mid-term is permitted; refund of the unused portion is at our discretion and net of discounts already availed.

3. Non-refundable items

  • One-time setup, onboarding and training fees, once delivered.
  • Statutory filing fees, government charges and third-party costs paid on your behalf.
  • Customisation work specifically built for the Customer.

4. How to request a refund

Email Info@vittro.in or call +91 63648 76344 with your invoice number and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. GST already remitted to the government on cancelled invoices will be handled by way of a credit note in line with Sec 34 of the CGST Act, 2017.

6. Disputes

Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction set out in our Terms of Use.
